We're on the lookout for passionate, trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to provide 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people across Eccles, Salford, Trafford and surrounding areas, who aren't currently accessing education.

This isn't just another teaching job. It's a chance to slow down, focus on the child in front of you, and build real connections that help learners re-engage with education — often for the first time in years.

You'll support young people with a range of needs and deliver tailored sessions in safe, supportive environments like:

• Local libraries
• Community hubs
• Schools
• Occasionally in the student\'s home (always fully risk-assessed and safeguarded)

• Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• Have a DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply)
• Have experience across multiple key stages (KS1-KS4)
• Are confident supporting learners with SEMH, SEND and EBSA
• Use a trauma-informed, relationship-first approach to teaching
• Can plan and deliver individualised, engaging sessions independently
