Cover Supervisors are essential members of school staff who step in when teachers are absent. You\'ll be managing a classroom, delivering pre-set lessons, and ensuring that students stay focused and productive.

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects using materials provided by teaching staff.
• Maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.
• Helping students stay engaged with their work and offering guidance where needed.
• Recording attendance and reporting any issues to the appropriate staff.
• Occasionally supporting departments or form groups depending on school needs.

• Strong communication skills and confidence managing groups of students.
• A calm, professional approach with good organisational abilities.
• Adaptability to work in different schools and settings.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Experience working in schools is helpful but not essential; we welcome applications from recent graduates, teaching assistants, youth workers, or anyone considering a future in education.
