A welcoming and highly sought after primary school near Wallingford are searching for a Headteacher to join their leadership team from the beginning of the Spring Term 2026.

The perfect candidate for this Headteacher position will be someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the pupils in their new school. They will be an inspiring and motivated individual who is seeking to refine their skills as a Headteacher or is wanting to take the step up from a current senior leadership position.

• Evidence of previous SLT role
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
• An excellent understanding of pastoral care and evidence of sound judgement when dealing with day-to-day running of the school i.e. school budget, safeguarding…
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in leadership and setting a standard for teaching and learning
• Competent knowledge of teaching legislation
