Job summary

A non-profit provider in the UK seeks a Recovery Practitioner to support individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The role involves managing a large caseload, conducting screenings, and delivering one-to-one interventions. Overview

Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.

Responsibilities
  • Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  • Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
  • Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
  • Deliver One to One interventions
Minimum requirements
  • Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
  • Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
  • Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
Pay rate
  • £16.59 PAYE Per hour - Exclusive of holiday pay
  • £18.59 PAYE Per hour - Inclusive of holiday pay
  • £21 Umbrella rate per hour
