Responsibilities
  • As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll play a key role in both classroom learning and wider school life. You'll work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, support small group interventions, and help deliver enrichment that builds pupils' confidence, ambition, and independence.
The School

This role is based at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Borehamwood. The school serves children aged 3-11, including a large nursery, and works closely with parents and the local community to create a learning culture that is happy, fun, and ambitious.

The Curriculum
