A recruitment agency in Wolverhampton seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage client relationships in the Industrial, Warehousing, and Manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will develop a client portfolio and oversee the recruitment process with flexibility in working hours and a competitive remuneration package, including a car allowance.

Connaissances
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Wolverhampton office. The role involves developing and building a portfolio of clients within the Industrial, Warehousing, Manufacturing or Skilled and Technical sector within the Midlands. Through a dedicated sales approach supported by our experienced team you will be required to develop and manage the recruitment process for a range of clients. This is not a trainee role; we are looking to recruit someone with experience.

- Develop and manage the recruitment process for a range of clients, using a dedicated sales approach supported by the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions for clients.
- Minimum of two years experience within sales in recruitment, with experience in an industrial sector.
- Ability to bring on new clients and develop and manage the recruitment process.
- Must be able to drive.
- Competitive remuneration package including basic salary (negotiable based on experience), pension, bonus scheme, and car allowance.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and hybrid working (from home).
- Office hours: Wolverhampton City Centre office open 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday; hours may be flexible based on client needs and work-life balance.
