• A degree level qualification (essential)
• Strong payroll function knowledge
• Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
• Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects / programmes (desirable)
• Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
• Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
• Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and / or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
