The organisation is a well‑established entity within the industrial/manufacturing sector. It operates as a mid‑sized company with a reputation for delivering high‑quality services and maintaining a structured and professional environment.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
- Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
- A solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
- Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Competitive salary ranging from GBP 42,000 to GBP 45,000.
Permanent position based in Huddersfield – 4 days site based, 1 day WFH.
