We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead resourcing for a growing operations business, focused on technical and site-based roles. This is a hands‑on position managing end‑to‑end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and working closely with internal managers. The role is based in Weston‑super‑Mare but involves travel to multiple sites across the UK.
