We are now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and expanding team at our Poulton office.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on position where you’ll:

• Source, interview, and register candidates for school-based roles
• Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates
• Assist in placing skilled professionals into education settings
• Support consultants in filling vacancies and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms
