Job Description
Lea Marston Hotel are currently recruiting Food and Beverage Assistants to work as and when required. The successful candidates will work across our 3 food and beverage areas including Conference and Banqueting, Restaurant and Pub.
- Ensure the full provision of food & beverage services to all customers.
- To ensure all public areas are customer ready at all times.
- Provide a polite & professional service, customer focused at all times.
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner with a willing to assist attitude.
- Be familiar with current menus & wine lists throughout F&B.
- Be familiar with products & services throughout the hotel.
- Ensure bar is correctly set up & stocked prior to service.
- Ensure closing procedures are followed and all check sheets are completed.
- Up sell to customers where and when possible.
