A legal practice in Wiltshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5-6 years PQE. The role involves managing a caseload of private client work, including estate planning and advising high net worth clients. Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trust Drafting & Administration
- Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
- Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
- Tax
- Trusts (Set up & Administer)
- Probate & Administration of Estates
- Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
