Solicitor - Real Estate, Investment & Development - Exeter - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Exeter
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000

A respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Investment & Development team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value commercial property transactions in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial land (retail, industrial, telecoms, office)
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Joint ventures and large-scale multidisciplinary transactions
  • Due diligence and title assembly for complex schemes
  • Advising public and private sector clients, including registered providers
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and internal specialist teams
  • Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3+ years PQE in real estate law
