A reputable legal firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team. The role involves providing expert legal advice in Healthcare Advisory and Court of Protection work. The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies. The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims. They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Court of Proection work.
Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work, however they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focussing within this exciting area.
