A legal practice in Wiltshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5-6 years PQE. The role involves managing a caseload of private client work, including estate planning and advising high net worth clients. Role Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:

• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Trust Drafting & Administration
• Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
• Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
• Tax
• Trusts (Set up & Administer)
• Probate & Administration of Estates
• Give Estate Planning & IHT advice

Desirable Qualifications

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential - Support Given)
