Solicitor/Legal Executive - Commercial Property - Swindon - 4+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000

A respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to join its friendly and committed team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality and varied commercial property matters, including pension property and rural land work, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
  • You'll be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
  • Refinancing and lease transactions
  • Promotion agreements, options, and renewable energy projects
  • Pension property and rural land work
  • Handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Supporting colleagues on larger or more complex transactions
  • Delivering practical, commercial advice to clients
  • Participating in team meetings and firm-wide initiatives
Candidate Requirements
  • 4+ years PQE in commercial property
  • Broad experience across a range of property matters (not limited to one niche)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and team spirit
