The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, including:

  • Fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track claims
  • General civil disputes across a range of sectors
  • Personal injury claims
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
  • Supporting the marketing and development of the department
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
