Corporate Solicitor | 4+ PQE | Guildford

You'll play a key role in advising on high-quality, mid-market transactions for major corporates, private equity investors, and fast-growing businesses across a range of sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on varied, complex corporate transactions: Advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, and general corporate matters, often cross-border and involving high-profile clients.
• Delivering commercially grounded advice: Helping clients achieve their strategic goals with pragmatic, technically sound guidance that balances risk, pace, and commercial reality.
• Collaborating across disciplines: Working closely with tax, employment, real estate, and finance colleagues to deliver seamless, full-service corporate support.
• Building and deepening client relationships: Becoming a trusted adviser to businesses ranging from high-growth ventures to multinational groups, supporting them through each stage of their journey.
