This role is ideal for someone who can combine practical delivery with strategic input, creating engaging in‑house programmes while supporting talent, succession, and leadership strategies that align with wider organisational goals.
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Manager, you will play a key part in delivering learning solutions that shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, and support long‑term workforce needs.
