A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Competency Framework Advisor to enhance workforce development. The role involves designing training programs, conducting gap analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong experience in learning and development, and excellent communication skills. The Competency Framework Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce development across our organisation. Working within the Institute business unit, this role is responsible for conducting a comprehensive gap analysis of current training programs, competency frameworks, skills matrices, and assessment tools. The job holder will design and implement consistent, scalable frameworks and templates, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business to ensure alignment with operational needs and strategic goals.
Experience from a contracting/engineering/construction environment would be an advantage.
