A community-focused organization in Bradford is seeking a Culture and Engagement Officer to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. This role involves championing staff voice, improving engagement platforms, and embedding organizational values. Candidates should have experience in engagement initiatives, a solid understanding of EDIB principles, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position offers hybrid working, generous leave, and opportunities for professional development.
Salary: Grade PO1, £38,220 - £40,777
Temporary – 12 months
37 hours per week
Hybrid – enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working 2 - 3 days in our Bradford office and the remainder working from home.
