A global mobility leader is seeking a Sponsorship Manager for a 12-month maternity cover role at their Egham office. The successful candidate will oversee existing sponsorship agreements, coordinate across teams, and manage budgets. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, collaborating on activations, and acting as the primary liaison with partners. Candidates should have experience in sports sponsorship management and strong project management skills. This position offers a hybrid working model with competitive salary.
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sponsorship Manager (12-month maternity cover) to join our Team at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.
The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of existing sponsorship agreements, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, agencies, and rights holders.
You will act as the main point of contact between Enterprise and rights holders, coordinating across internal teams (e.g. marketing, creative, content) and external stakeholders (agencies, rights holders) to ensure successful delivery and growth of sponsorship programmes in line with business objectives.

Hours: 45 per week
Salary: Competitive
Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station). Hybrid working optional (3 days office, 2 days home).
