A leading social media agency in the UK is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and lead a comprehensive social media presence across various platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This role focuses on developing strategies, leading campaigns, and optimizing performance to ensure brand growth. Location: Hybrid (Grantham 2 days a week)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Are you a strategist who enjoys getting hands on? PayPlan is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and lead our entire social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. This is not just a posting role. You’ll set the direction, shape the strategy for each channel and run paid social campaigns that deliver measurable growth and leads.
You’ll join a growing marketing team with big ambitions for 2026. You’ll have freedom to experiment, introduce new formats and push our brand forward while making sure everything stays compliant and client centred.
