Job Description

Alantra is seeking a Marketing VP.

Based in London as part of the Global Communications & Marketing team, the VP will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm’s marketing strategy, supporting business development efforts, and enhancing Alantra’s visibility across key markets and channels. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role within a flat, entrepreneurial organization, ideal for a strategic thinker with strong initiative who can execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated, multi‑channel marketing initiatives aligned with the firm’s global Marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with the business development team to translate business goals into actionable marketing priorities.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content, marketing collateral, and sector insights, supporting campaigns and communications across key markets and channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client and industry events, sponsorship initiatives, and conferences.
  • Manage external service providers where needed to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing effectiveness and business impact.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development, ideally within financial services, investment banking, or professional services.
  • Proven experience to produce high‑quality content and execute impactful marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of investment banking services, client segments, and deal marketing requirements.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms.
