Overview

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sponsorship Manager (12-month maternity cover) to join our Team at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of existing sponsorship agreements, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, agencies, and rights holders.

You will act as the main point of contact between Enterprise and rights holders, coordinating across internal teams (e.g. marketing, creative, content) and external stakeholders (agencies, rights holders) to ensure successful delivery and growth of sponsorship programmes in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of contractual rights & assets from existing sponsorships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Sponsorship team, agencies, existing and potential partners.
  • Work cross functionally to develop annual sponsorship activation plans in line with brand objectives and assigned budgets.
  • With agency partners, develop, plan and implement sponsorship activations including content creation, event management and influencer agreements.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Content, Media, PR etc.) to create and execute sponsorship activations.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all ticketing requests across UEFA and National League sponsorships.
  • Manage sponsorship budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance against agreed metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work alongside Franchise teams in deployment of sponsorship assets in franchise markets.
  • Create internal communications for our sponsorship properties.
  • With Media & Sponsorship Director assess new opportunities, measure existing partnerships and where applicable assist in the renegotiation and renewal of agreements.
  • Support Media & Sponsorships Director in the delivery of UEFA & National League Finals programmes.

Hours: 45 per week
Salary: Competitive

Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station). Hybrid working optional (3 days office, 2 days home).
