Role Overview

Marketing Manager – Consumer UK & Ireland (Continuous Glucose Monitoring). This role will be based at our offices in Bracknell, United Kingdom, 3 days each week.

Where you Come In
  • Lead Dexcom’s direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) marketing strategy across the UK & Ireland, driving brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Oversee all consumer channels, delivering seamless, high‑impact experiences that grow online sales and inspire NHS patients to request Dexcom.
  • Develop and execute DTC marketing plans to drive acquisition, engagement and revenue.
  • Lead digital campaigns across Meta, Google, email and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage eCommerce platforms, SEO strategy and website UX to optimise conversion.
  • Build Dexcom’s Warrior community and activate influencers and advocacy partners.
  • Monitor performance across channels using insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
What Makes You Successful
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills – Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel DTC strategies; strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, ROI analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise – Skilled in managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic); deep understanding of SEO, SEM and eCommerce optimisation.
  • Community & Influencer Engagement – Experience building online communities and managing influencer partnerships; knowledge of social media trends and content planning.
  • Customer Experience & UX – Ability to enhance digital customer journeys and improve site navigation; familiarity with UX tools and proactive issue resolution.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong communicator with experience in PR, social media and cross‑functional teamwork; confident in briefing and managing agencies and vendors.
  • Technical & Platform Knowledge – Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva), BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and CMS systems; familiar with marketing automation and social listening tools.

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of related experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer health.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
  • Experience working in regulated industries with an understanding of compliance and privacy standards (e.g. GDPR).
  • Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving customer acquisition through digital channels.
  • Experience in managing budgets, briefing agencies and cross‑functional projects.
Flex Workplace

This full‑time role operates on a flex/hybrid model of three in‑office days per week designed to maximise collaboration, fast decision‑making and executional momentum.

As of November 2025 our new office will be located in Bracknell Maxis and you must live within commuting distance.
