The role involves comprehensive management of the Dean's schedule, overseeing correspondence, and facilitating meetings and travel arrangements. Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills? We are looking to appoint a professional, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant (EA) to the Dean of London Business School. The EA provides high-quality, comprehensive support to the Dean in his role as the School's Chief Executive Officer, managing the Dean's schedule, correspondence, meetings, travel and external engagements, ensuring he is fully prepared for all commitments. This role leads the two‑person Dean's Office and includes line management of the Executive Assistant in the Dean's Office. The postholder represents the Dean's Office professionally, exercising sound judgment, discretion and strong stakeholder management at all times.
