Working Pattern: 08:00 till 16:00, 09:00 till 17:00 and 14:00 till 22:00

Are you outgoing and friendly? Can confidently build rapport with customers and colleagues? As a Switchboard Operator with ISS UK you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. • Create a positive experience for patients, visitors and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
• Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your patients, visitors queries about site and operations
• Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with patients, visitors and colleagues
• Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
• Emanate a positive energy, being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture

• You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
• You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
• You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
• You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
