Contract: Healthcare

Location: Coventry , CV2 2DX

Hours of work: 20

Working Pattern: 08:00 till 16:00, 09:00 till 17:00 and 14:00 till 22:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.21

The Role

• Create a positive experience for patients, visitors and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
• Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your patients, visitors queries about site and operations
• Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with patients, visitors and colleagues
• Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
• Emanate a positive energy, being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
