Overview

We are looking to recruit a receptionist to work with one of our corporate clients in Birmingham. You must have previous front desk experience and be very customer focused with good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
  • Assist users with information enquiries and access control.
  • Respond to users in a calm and understanding manner at all times and ensure their needs are understood and acted upon.
  • Be a team player, self-motivated and respond to enquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Contract/Details
  • Fixed term contract during term times: Monday - Friday.
