• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education

• Minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (currently £166.33 per day)
• Experienced team with over twenty years in education recruitment
• Dedicated account manager with teaching background
• £125 'Recommend a Friend' scheme
• PAYE payment directly through Education Supply Pool, not an umbrella company

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience teaching within the UK
• Ability to set high standards and deal with challenging behaviour
• Creative lesson planning skills
• Relevant Education and Training qualifications
• Ability to liaise with staff and deliver the curriculum
• Competence in pupil assessment
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
• Adaptability, reliability, and confidence
