Job summary

An established education recruitment agency is seeking a Qualified Teacher for a Primary School in Bexley. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons and foster an inclusive classroom environment. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Salary: M1-M6

We are working with a well-established mainstream Primary School in Bexley and seeking a Primary School Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education in an inclusive and nurturing environment. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment which encourages every child to thrive.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, building key relationships with parents and carers, providing feedback and ensuring strong communication and support for each child\'s development.
  • Participate in after school and extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with children, parents, and other professionals within the school.
  • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual children.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, in an educational or similar setting.
  • A genuine passion for teaching, working with children and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
