A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for the Gynaecology Assessment Unit. The role involves providing holistic care for women with early pregnancy complications and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient dignity and choice. The position requires a Registered Nurse qualification and offers development opportunities in a supportive environment.
A vacancy for Registered Nurses with an interest in Women’s Health to join the Gynaecology Assessment Unit (GAU) and Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (EPAU) at the Royal Derby Hospital, part of University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. The service delivers specialist, evidence‑based, holistic care to women with early pregnancy complications and emergency gynaecological conditions. The unit works in close liaison with ED, midwifery and GP colleagues and provides time‑critical rapid assessment.
We are looking for compassionate, highly motivated Registered Nurses with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for caring for women. Knowledge and experience of gynaecology and early pregnancy management and treatment pathways is desirable. The post holder will practice in a holistic, non‑judgmental, caring and compassionate manner, support social inclusion, respect individual choice and recognise diversity.
