A trust providing mental health services is seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse in Trafford. This role involves managing a caseload on the antipsychotic pathway and requires knowledge in mental health nursing and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. We have a very exciting new opportunity to recruit a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic mental health nurse to join our fantastic physical health hub within the Trafford division to support people living with dementia who are prescribed antipsychotic medication. This role would suit a nurse with older adults experience and an interest in physical health who may be looking to retire and return or reduce their working hours. We are committed to promoting staff wellbeing and you will be offered supportive clinical supervision. We actively promote work/life balance. All employees will have regular line management supervision.
