A reputable educational organization in Nottingham is seeking a Care Assistant to support SEND pupils in a primary school environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in childcare and a positive attitude. This temporary position offers opportunities for professional development and is part-time within term hours. Visits to the school are welcomed, and applications close on September 23rd.
Contract Term: Temporary contract until July 2026 (with a view to be made permanent if successful)
Salary: GLPC Grade C, points 4–5 £19,025-£19,325 actual salary per annum (£25,185-£25,583 FTE per annum)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8:30 – 3:30), term time only (including INSET days)

This is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring teaching assistant or care assistant to gain experience in a successful Nottingham City primary school.
