The ideal candidate will work independently during night shifts, stripping and fitting vehicle panels to meet manufacturer standards. The role requires a proven background as a Strip Fitter or MET Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle structures. Attention to detail and the ability to document work accurately are essential for maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician within an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle structures and component systems.
• Ability to work independently on a night shift.

Responsabilités

• Strip and fit vehicle panels and components to manufacturer standards.
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) parts.
• Carry out basic diagnostics and identify additional repair work.
• Work efficiently to maintain smooth workflow during night operations.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and documented correctly.
