Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman‑inspired spa – Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Night Receptionist at Estelle Manor, you will offer a warm and friendly welcome to all our members and guests doubts arriving to the estate throughout the night. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities during the night shift, including the night audit, in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the front‑office team here at Estelle Manor.


Who we are looking for?


  • Previous hotel reception experience. Experience of working nights or in a luxury property would be desirable.

  • Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.


The on‑target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum based on a 40‑hour contract – comprising an hourly rate of £14.38, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

  • Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro‑rata basis regardless of your role.
