The Role

As a Night Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

• Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
• Lead your team during night shifts.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £14.24 Level 2: £15.23 Level 3: £16.30
