A leading supported housing provider in Bradley Stoke is seeking a Night Concierge to provide security and support for young residents. In this empathetic role, you will ensure safety through on-site overnight cover, monitoring of CCTV, and being a trusted contact for young people outside of support hours. Experience in housing, security, or support work is desirable. Join a team committed to transforming lives and creating safe environments for vulnerable individuals. Competitive salary and supportive work culture are offered.
Imagine this… It’s late at night at West Farm. Outside, the fields are quiet, but inside, a young person can’t sleep — anxiety is keeping them awake. You’re there, the calm and steady presence, ready to listen, reassure, and make sure the environment feels safe. You patrol the building, keep watch over the grounds, and deal calmly with anything that arises. Your presence means young people can rest,Hom you are always there to keep them safe.
As Night Concierge, you’re the guardian of both security and compassion, offering reassurance, responding to emergencies, and keeping the service safe overnight. You will assess the needs of our residents to offer support, building trust and help them throughout the night providing a safe space. You will engage and encourage residents to follow house rules and to avoid inappropriate behaviour.
What we’re looking for

We invite and welcome applications to apply for Salvation Army Homes opportunities without concern of bias or discrimination.
