A health and social care organization is seeking a Night Lead to join their team at the Watermill. The successful candidate will lead, supervise, and motivate the night care team, providing essential care and support to residents. Candidates should have experience in dementia care and proficiency in ICT. Benefits include holiday pay, occupational sick pay, and training opportunities. This role requires flexibility for night shifts and weekends, with a commitment to high-quality care.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Working hours are 21:45 - 07:45. Required to have full flexibility and to work bank holidays and alternate weekends.

We are currently looking to recruit a Night Lead to join our team at the Watermill.
Within the role of Night Lead will lead, supervise and motivate the night care team and provide waking night cover to maintain a high quality of care and support to residents in accordance with the organisational policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the regulatory body.
