A healthcare organization in Dundee is seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant to support the Management and Administrative Team for the Out of Hours Service. Applicants should have strong organisational and communication skills, and previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective delivery of services and reports to the Office Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant, to provide a supportive role to the in hours Management and Administrative Team for the OOH Service. You should have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a team environment. You will possess excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills.
This role reports to the Office Manager for direction of the work required to be undertaken, administratively, during normal hours, to ensure a safe and effective delivery of the Out of Hours Services for NHS Tayside.
Applicants must possess a wide knowledge of general administrative/clerical skills and have a good understanding of the services delivered from NHS Tayside OOH Service.
