A prominent NHS trust in Bath is seeking a Named Nurse to join their team. Responsibilities include assessing and implementing care plans, coordinating patient discharges, and educating patients and their carers. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council and possess strong communication skills.
