AHA EPR Change Partner from the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, this position is located in Bath, United Kingdom. This role is open to applicants with the latest education level stated as GCSE. This vacancy is in the Healthcare field.

Responsibilities
  • The EPR (Electronic Patient Record) change partner/lead will play a key role in the implementation of the new EPR across the three acute trusts (GWH, SFT and RUH).
  • Provide specialist support to clinical and corporate Groups enabling them to prepare for the EPR implementation and the associated changes to working practices.
  • Lead and engage teams through change, bringing operational insight and change management skills to enable the organisation to embrace the change culturally.
  • Work with clinical and corporate groups to ensure planned, targeted engagement equips colleagues to maximise the functionality of the EPR.
  • Collaborate with local workstreams and clinical teams to align priorities with the overall programme plan and support staff to develop and improve the EPR for all clinical services across the Trust.
  • Operate within a Senior Change Team that provides mentorship and coaching to Implementation Programme members.
  • Identify and plan programmes of change to deliver clearly defined and measurable benefits (cash releasing, non-cash releasing and social benefits) against KPIs.
  • Support a culture focused on improving patient safety, quality of care and patient experience.
