OTR has an exciting opportunity for a new Team Manager to join our successful and expanding Mental Health Support Team (MHST), which has been operational since January 2021 in partnership with Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust NHS (AWP).

This role is central to the ongoing relationship between OTR and AWP to ensure clear pathways for CYP across the local area. Operating at a strategic level, the role provides leadership to supervisors, HI CBT practitioners, Team Coordinators, and locality-based MHST Teams working collaboratively with schools to ensure that Children & Young People have access to high-quality and flexible early interventions.

The successful candidate will have proven management and leadership skills, be creative and strategic in your thinking, have knowledge of systems that impact and support children and young people's mental health, and be committed to working within OTR and with AWP as our statutory partner to improve outcomes. You will be influential in the recruitment and development of the team and the relationships it will build across the local area.
