The role involves managing independent accounts, building relationships, and supporting customers with product selection. As Regional Sales Manager you ll cover the West Midlands region, spanning from Chester down to Stoke-on-Trent, across to Coventry, south into Worcestershire, and west through Wales along the A5 corridor - including Shropshire and reaching as far as Anglesey.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage, nurture and grow a portfolio of independent accounts and independent groups. This is a consultative sales role where you ll build long-term relationships with customers, providing support and guidance on product selection and utilising the company s extensive marketing resources.
