TAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our client, a leading provider of telecom rooftop installations. You will manage the delivery of rooftop 5G sites and other telecom projects. Please note: this role requires travel approximately 75% of the time.
- Oversee and deliver telecom rooftop site projects to specification and schedule.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings.
- Manage a site team of 2-4 operatives.
- Liaise with Project Management and Stores teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and propose solutions to on-site issues.
- Drive performance to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and CDM regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly site documentation.
- Monitor and control site costs effectively.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve project goals.
