🚀 Sponsorship Sales Manager

📍 Ware, Hertfordshire (Onsite) • 🕒 Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm • 💷 Salary: £40K-£60K

Looking for your next step in B2B events and sponsorship sales? Join a growing organisation delivering international tech & cybersecurity events across the UK, Europe, and North America.

You'll work closely with senior professionals including CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CFOs and other C-Suite colleagues - supporting business growth and building lasting partnerships.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and qualify new sponsors across tech & cybersecurity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts
  • Prepare and present tailored sponsorship proposals
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements
  • Work with internal teams to design high-value event packages
  • Maintain an organised CRM-driven sales pipeline

  • 2+ years in sponsorship or B2B sales
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Clear communicator with negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Tech/cyber event experience is a plus
