A leading construction company in Greater London is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join its Head Office team. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director on contract management for both construction and facilities management services. Responsibilities include preparing contractual valuations, negotiating final accounts, and ensuring project budgets are met. The ideal applicant should have client-facing experience and a relevant degree, with knowledge in facilities management and the COINS software. Location: Borehamwood, North London, plus occasional travel to sites.
