Join Vinted’s dynamic and rapidly expanding marketing team as an Offline Media Manager within the Reach media planning team. This group is pivotal in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing media campaigns across the globe, focusing on Direct Response TV campaigns. Our commitment to a data-driven approach ensures all strategic decisions are grounded in detailed analysis, maximizing our advertising investment return.

• Take ownership of TV, radio, OOH, BVOD, and connected TV campaigns across several countries.
• Analyze campaign performance, utilize country-specific media trends, and develop strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overarching business objectives and channel plans.
• Design and implement tests to enhance campaign efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Lead communication with media agencies and TV networks, strengthening external partnerships.
• Contribute to media agency pitches and annual negotiations with media partners.
• Ensure the accuracy of media invoicing and timely payments.
• Engage in investigations, process optimizations, and other projects promoting team-wide improvements.

• Have at least 4 years of experience in media, with a proven record of managing complex campaigns.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and experience in leveraging data for optimized performance.
• Knowledgeable in TV and other offline media advertising.
• Knowledgeable in project management, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of managing multiple projects or campaigns concurrently.
• Skilled in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Committed to iterative processes, long‑term planning, and prioritization.
• Passionate about sharing business insights with your team and the broader company.
• Advantage: Familiarity with statistical analysis languages (R/Python/other).
• Advantage: AI knowledge and experience.
