We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Marketing Manager, Campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive our marketing initiatives within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB). This role is pivotal in boosting revenue growth, enhancing client engagement, and solidifying the bank’s presence among multinational Corporates and Institutions. Collaborating closely with other CIB Marketing teams (both globally and locally) as well as key business, coverage, content, media and strategy teams, you will ideate and execute marketing strategies that open new business avenues and accelerate client decision‑making across regions. This position is ideal for a marketing professional eager to align industry expertise with client needs to achieve commercial success, and who thrives in a global team environment, leveraging cross‑boundary collaboration to achieve shared goals and drive commercial success.

In this role you will:
  • Work with cross‑functional teams and local marketing to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, consideration and client engagement.
  • Develop and manage content, including thought leadership pieces, digital content, and client success stories, to support marketing objectives, working in collaboration with the Global Content Centre of Excellence team and the Global Events Experience and Operations team.
  • Develop toolkits and supporting activity for local markets to use to help drive global campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and measuring marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the global marketing strategy for Global Corporates and Institutions, aligning with commercial growth objectives, and identify and prioritize marketing opportunities within the Global Corporates and Institutions segments.
  • Assist in executing marketing programs that support deal origination and client acquisition, track and analyse performance metrics for all activity, against their set objectives and utilise data and insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Deliver regular global check‑ins for marketing activity across Global and Local CIB teams, in conjunction with Global Brand, to deliver support and guidance for all things CIB brand and CIB global campaigns.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience of B2B marketing with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services.
  • Proven ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills within global, matrixed organisations.
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of several value units / products / regions / legal entities, alongside an advanced understanding of the industry and the relative positioning of the HSBC’s products and services.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of diverse activities that require complex judgements and solutions based on conceptual thought and strategic vision and analysis.
  • Experience of being involved with both internal and external negotiations, and, able to make decisions within the objectives of the business and formulate strategy.

This is hybrid role and will be based in London.
